What happens if my glass arrives broken?
Don't worry! If an item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery and contact our support team for a free replacement.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been used.
