At BOOM Headshop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, any item that has been used cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and photos of the unused item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the item back in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our warehouse address using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the item to confirm it is unused, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
